I found this recipe in Shape magazine, so I really can’t take credit for it but jeez its so good!
These cupcakes have nearly two-thirds fewer calories than bakery varieties (think sprinkles or susie cakes for you Newport Girls)& these lowfat treats stay moist thanks to the buttermilk.
